Mindfulness for Wellbeing a 6 week Atelier

Mindfulness can hold the key to real enjoyment. It’s been clinically proven time after time that mindfulness-based meditation is beneficial for both mental health and physical health. The simple process of focussing the attention onto the present, and in particular onto the breath. Again.... and again..... and again.

Based on the teachings within MBCT and MBSR (Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) this is a gentle and realistic 6 session atelier to support you to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice to your daily life. It is a practical and evidence based approach to building resilience. An opportunity to cultivate taking a break within your day and and build new neural pathways that support your wellbeing when outside of the meditation.

Mindfulness helps the mind shed unhealthy thought patterns and builds mental muscle that can make it easier to cope with the unpredictability of life.

You’ll need one hour once a week and around 10 minutes each day for home practice. Each session includes an individual session, handouts, journal prompts and home practice, as we as email support outside of the sessions.

Online or in person individually £330 (£55 per session)

Small group up to five people £700
