Silent Day Retreat

A Silent Mindful Compassion Based Day Retreat 14th and 21st June

9.30-3pm 40€ including a juice on arrival and a simple vegan, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free picnic. 

Join me at this tranquil space for a morning of guided meditations, before moving into a mindful lunch, then an invitation to go for a walk in nature and spend time by the pool as we transition out of silence and open with an opportunity to share your experience before we leave.

An space to simply ‘be’ for a few hours, to spend a day in companionable silence with others, dropping from the thinking mind into the being mind. If you are looking to support or re-invigorate your regular mindfulness practice, this one day mindful compassion practice day retreat is an ideal way to give yourself the space to do just that… and the perfect accompaniment or follow-on to the Wellbeing Meditation Ateliers.

Loosely the day will follow this plan. 

9.30am Arrivals and introductions

10 am Dropping into silence we will go through a series of 

  • mindful compassion based practices 
  • tea ceremony
  • mindful eating
  • walk/swim

2pm Opening up from silence 

3pm Close 

Resting in silence during the practices is a powerful experience and will deepen your experience of the mindful compassion practices.
